There have been many people that have asked for paypal to be added to our list of payment processors as the option to cashout. We have looked at this option and decided you are absolutely correct. The problem is that we need time to send all of our legal documents and proof of existence to paypal. This cannot absolutely be done thou a phone call. No company in the world can verify proof the things we need fr our account to be as solid as those of other major sites. This is the reason why many PTC sites fail when paypal asks for more information and their account is temporarily limited until the documents can be verified. At that time of the account limitation the members begin to panic because like we specified before it takes some 2 - 3 weeks (up to 180 days even) for it to be verified and allowed to move money again. Take note that there is a difference in the type of business account that moves from $25 a day up to $50 a day. Instead we must choose from $1,000 and above. You see the difference. more money - more risk of illegal activity such as money laundering. That is why paypal really takes its time to make sure a company is legitimate. You can ofcourse rush this step and add paypal as a payment processor but it is guarantee that when you reach $10,000 moved from point A to point B that your account will be limited and documents will be asked for to verify your information. Again this takes from 2 - 3 weeks. We rather do this now and no have to deal with members opening disputes with paypal and sealing the sites fate later on.

We have learned that there are certain requirements and limitations placed on the gift card you sought to redeem on August 6th that make it invalid or not usable in your country. We've confirmed with the card issuer that this means the card would not have its desired value, for example, either because there are no stores of this type in your country, or if there are stores, they will not accept these particular gift cards.



Since the issuer's geographic requirements were not clear from the item or on the item description page before you made your selection and because we value you as a member of the Lockerz community, we want to offer you an alternative. Instead of sending you a gift card that you may not be able to use easily or at all, we will send you a PayPal award equal to the dollar amount of the gift card. We will send the funds to the email address that you used to redeem the gift card.



If you already have a PayPal account, all you have to do is link the e-mail address associated with your Lockerz account to your already-existing PayPal account. Go to https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/cmd=_profile-email. Simply click "add" on the bottom right and then verify your email address. This will allow you to receive the funds in your primary PayPal account.



If you would rather accept a PTZ refund in the amount used to redeem the gift card, please email orders@lockerz.com within the next 48 hours, with the subject heading "I'd rather have a PTZ refund." Otherwise, we will be sending you PayPal funds as described above.



In the future, we will work to provide generally available information indicating where gift cards are or are not valid for use, though these and other requirements are subject to change by the card issuer. However, please be aware that even if generally valid in a given country or area, Lockerz has no ability to determine or control whether or when individual stores or restaurants in that country or area will accept a gift card. Lockerz does not issue or set any of the conditions for the gift cards; it therefore cannot and does not promise or guarantee that any gift card will be accepted any time or any place. We urge members to consider this information before redeeming PTZ for or purchasing any gift card.


Lockerz has no plans to offer this PayPal option again as an alternative. Nor will Lockerz accept cancellations or returns of any gift card because it is not valid or accepted in a member's country or at a particular location. While it would be unfortunate if any member redeems PTZ for a gift card that cannot be used in his or her country or at a particular location, this will be the member's responsibility, and none of the PTZ redeemed for the gift card will be refunded.

Arkadaşlar ben bir tane ürün aldım ama sonra vazgeçtim.Order numarasından cancel order yaptım ve oldu fakat paypal hesabıma geri dönmedi.Bu yazıyı gördüm cancel order filan burda ne yazıyor acaba paramı geri almam için ne yapmam lazım ?
